MATERIALS AND APPLICATIONS

As mentioned earlier, we stock a wide range of mainly exotic alloys.
This stock of available bar material gives us the flexibility required for "emergency valve production".
Advantages compared to the more "traditional" method of producing valves include:
-Increased strength & wall thickness safety factors
-Homogeneous materials
-No cracks or porosity
In line with the above, and to ensure the best quality, all the material that we stock is at least EN10204-3.1.B. or 3.1 certified.
Of course many additional requirements can be supplied on request.
Our QC staff have various classifications and approvals such as;
Positive material identification (PMI)
Magnetic particle examination (MPE)
Hardness measuring
Radiographic examination
Dye-penetrant examination (DPE)
3.1.B re-stamping qualification
To summarise : we can state that our method of valve production is accepted globally and provides an extremely flexible solution in almost every critical situation encountered in today's market. Consequently we are pro-actively and continuously searching the market for new and reliable solutions for the challenges of tomorrow.
