Merwede valves are designed and produced for extreme applications
and services. The stringent design philosophy in combination with our flexible
production methods ensures the optimal combination of top quality valves and a
unequalled short lead-time.
What valve do you need?
For every application there is an optimal valve solution. We can manufacture to your specific requirements each type of valve: Globe, Gate, Check and Ball are well known, but of course Butterfly is no problem what so ever. On the home page you will see an overview for the different ranges for each type of valve. We actively engage in continuous development, and as such, our valve range expands every month.
During the past couple of years we have expanded our production programme to include valve sizes up to 16 inches, and with some valve types, up to 24 inches.
In addition, as well as producing single “one-off” specification valves, we can also offer very competitive pricing on larger quantities for project requirements up to 1000 pieces.
What requirements do you have?
Valves can be manufactured to withstand very low (-196°C) to very high (+950°C) temperature conditions. Similarly, very low (vacuum) to very high (4500 lbs) pressure duties can also be accommodated. We manufacture valves that meet these very exacting standards and also provide the necessary testing and verification certification.
Skills
In order to produce valves to precise specifications, quality machinery and skilled personnel are essential requirements. We retain personnel with significant skills, knowledge and experience at all stages of our valve process such as: 3D-design, R&D, manufacturing, testing and certification.
